At Synergyzer Magazine, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a magazine has been purchased.

If you receive a damaged or defective copy, we will gladly send you a replacement issue at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the magazine, along with a photo of the damaged item and your order details.

  • Replacements are issued for damaged deliveries only.
  • No refunds or returns are allowed for any reason, including change of mind or accidental purchases.
