A driving force behind a financial revolution, he’s inspiring a new generation of investors and entrepreneurs. With a mission to build better men and a talent for simplifying complex financial ideas, he has grown a massive social media following. From crypto insights to life advice, Ramish’s content empowers people to take control of their financial futures. With a unique mix of expertise, humour and relatability. He’s become a trusted voice for those seeking financial freedom and personal growth. Today, we sit down to explore the philosophy and experiences behind the journey.

Synergyzer: With a massive following by positioning yourself as ‘Aap ka bara bhai’. What inspired you to adopt this persona? And how do you navigate the responsibility that comes with being a trusted figure to such a large audience?

Ramish Safa: I grew up without an older brother, so I had to figure out a lot on my own as the eldest child. In desi households, dads can only offer so much in terms of advice or support. While my father is a huge inspiration, there were many areas where he simply could not guide me. I often felt lost and overwhelmed. Now that I have a platform, I want to make sure other boys and men going through similar experiences do not have to do it alone. Helping them with what I have learned over the years feels great, not overwhelming at all.

Synergyzer: Your mission to ‘build better men’ goes beyond finances, touching on moral and emotional growth. What shaped your view of a ‘better man’, and what values guide your content and idea of success?

Ramish Safa: We are all constantly evolving. I don’t label myself as a trainer or advisor; it feels too formal, almost like you are expected to never be wrong. I called my brand “Bara Bhai” because that is what older brothers do. They make mistakes, figure things out, then bring you the blueprint. That is what it means to me.

I aim to become a better man every day, someone who can protect, provide for, inspire and help the people around me grow. I bring that same energy online. Every day, I am learning new things about myself, those around me, and the world we live in. And whatever I learn, I try to share a bit of it with my audience. So they can grow with me. Success, for me, is simply making a difference. When I hear boys and men say their lives changed for the better because of something I said, that’s a win.

Synergyzer: Your content covers finance, crypto, and life advice, resonating widely. Many young people today seek shortcuts to success. Since you made your first crore at 23. Do you think smart shortcuts exist, or is it really about working smarter and harder?

Ramish Safa: There is never been a shortcut – but yes, there are definitely formulas and patterns that lead to success. I spotted things in the market that others did not, and I moved faster than anyone else could. I work incredibly hard to stay ahead, and I show up every single day. I have been financially independent for almost 19 years now, and I can proudly say I have not taken a single day off. You have just got to be smart, figure out your strengths, then work relentlessly to maximise them. After that, find new areas and gaps in the market, build new strengths, and repeat the process.

Synergyzer: Considering Pakistan’s reliance on cash, limited digitalisation, and low digital literacy, what future do you see for crypto here?

Ramish Safa: I think the people of Pakistan are way ahead in crypto compared to what most would give them credit for. And it is not just crypto; we contribute one of the largest shares in the global freelancing space. We are a talented nation, and we have figured out how to thrive despite the lack of infrastructure. If large-scale adoption does happen, and that can only come through systems, platforms, and infrastructure built by the government, then I truly believe Pakistanis will kill it in the crypto space.

Synergyzer: As a financial influencer, how do you see your role in changing how people view financial education? What broader impact could this shift have on the economy?

Ramish Safa: I think my main goal is to help people understand what financial freedom really means. People often mistake it for not having a job or just chilling on an island, not having to work. That is not what I preach. I aim to get people to realise they can push themselves a bit more.

Find ways to earn a little extra, build skills that secure their financial future, and eventually reach a point where they can choose how to live without the fear of running out of money. A millionaire can still choose to work a corporate job, and that is totally fine. It is about having enough money to choose your own path, instead of letting the pursuit of money make your choices for you.

Synergyzer: What advice would you give to someone struggling financially?

Ramish Safa: All of it takes time. If you try to rush any of it, you will end up with none of it.

Synergyzer: Was there a moment that really stood out? When you realised your content had made a genuine difference in someone’s life?

Ramish Safa: There have been many. People buying their own homes after generations of living in rentals. People are becoming debt-free for them to make it possible for their parents to retire. It is incredible.
